The ground floor
The ground floor of the villa is an open concept floor and there is a large living room with the glass wall overlooking the outdoor pool and green yard, dining room for up to 10 people and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker and everything you need for food preparation and serving. On the ground floor there are also 2 bathrooms with a shower, two double rooms, one single room and two large built-in closets for extra space.
The first floor
The first floor of the villa is also an open concept floor with a gym, entertainment facilities (darts, table football and PlayStation) and living room. On this floor there are also two bathrooms, the corridor which is separating two double and one single bedroom. You can enjoy beautiful seaview and sunsets from large and furnished terraces.
The garden
The garden of the villa is about 600m2 and is protected by a fence. You can choose between a covered terrace and a terrace next to an outdoor pool. Garden furniture is located next to a children’s playground consisting of swings, slides, and small houses. During your vacation, you can enjoy barbecues at the fireplace in the yard, as well as swimming in the outdoor pool next to 5 wooden deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxation.
The villa has its own private parking area for 4 vehicles.
